Tie your hair back with an elastic or hair band to keep it out of the way while cleansing your face.
Wash your hands with soap and water, because sensitive or acne-prone skin can become irritated by bacteria from your hands. Use a clean towel to pat them dry.
Pour a quarter-sized amount of cleansing milk into the palm of your hand. Rub your palms together to warm the milk.
Place the flats of your hands gently on your cheeks, without applying much pressure to the skin. Hold them in place for 10 seconds, then briskly pull your hands away from your face several times to create a suction effect. Repeat until you have applied cleansing milk to your entire face, including over your eyelids and neck. The cleansing milk will thicken as you apply it, so that you do not have to use additional cleanser.
Rinse your face with warm water. Use a tissue to wipe away makeup from around your eyes or at the edges of your hairline.
Apply moisturizer to your skin while still damp to keep moisture in.
