Many women wish to enlarge their breasts naturally, and avoid surgical implants. Larger, firmer breasts are highly sought-after for cosmetic reasons. A woman may feel a boost of self-confidence or feel more attractive with larger breasts. Still, breast augmentation surgery can be painful, invasive and costly. A variety of natural methods may increase breast size without invasive surgical procedures.
Use Macrolane Gel to plump and enhance breast size; the filler injection has been used in England and other European countries to enhance breasts; however, the injection is not FDA-approved in the United States as of October 2009. Consider receiving the injection when traveling to Europe because the treatment is noninvasive—a syringe injection uses hyaluronic acid to plump and fill the breast. The results last 12 to 18 months.
Wear the Brava Bra to increase your bust. Use the Brava Bra to apply tension to the breast tissue; the mechanical stimulation of the bra allegedly increases breast tissue expansion and growth. The Brava must be worn for 11 continuous hours every day; many women wear the bra at night while sleeping. Do not wear the Brava Bra if you are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding or have had a mastectomy. According to the company website, women have reported an increase in cup size of half to 2 sizes. Purchase the Brava Breast Enhancement system by visiting the Brava website (see Resources), or through an authorized Brava physician.
Perform a variety of exercises to increase the appearance of breast size. Remember breast size will not physically increase, but pectoral muscles will enlarge, giving the outward look that breasts are larger. Place palms vertically in front of breasts, with arms parallel to the floor and elbows pointing outwards. Push palms together and hold for five seconds. Repeat 10 times daily. Implement push-ups into your daily exercise regimen; do push-ups when you get out of bed and before getting into bed. Use 3-lb. weights to perform the dumbbell press, suggests Modern Mom. Lay on your back or a weight bench. Hold the weights with knuckles facing up. Push the weights upwards so arms are full extended; weights should be close in proximity and almost be touching. Lower the weights closer to the chest. Repeat the exercise 10 times daily.
Massage breasts daily for an increase in tissue growth. Use massage oil or lotion when rubbing the breasts; massage increases breast circulation which some believe enhances tissue and cell growth. Use both hands and lightly massage the breast from the upper chest area to the underarm in a circular motion. Kneed the breast tissue by pulling lightly and slightly twisting the skin upwards. Massage and rub the area for about five to 10 minutes daily.
