When practicing headstand, you have more surface area to balance on versus handstand. You're using your forearms, triceps, head and majorrrr core work. This ~10 minute tutorial starts you off with a great warm up of sun salutations to stretch and strengthen your entire body, followed by a great core challenge. Putting in this extra work, not just kicking up into headstand, is what separates the practice from ease versus momentum. There's a balance!
