We're so excited to share our first ever fitness video where we're actually talking you through the moves—something you guys have been asking about for years! Our very own Sam Negrin (LEAFtv editor & LA-based yoga instructor), is going through a 15-minute yoga flow that aims to improve flexibility at any level, any time of day.
"The key to achieving more flexibility is staying in the poses longer than you might be comfortable with," says Sam. This low-intensity yoga flow is ideal to practice in the morning right when you wake up to awaken the body, or right before dinner to help shed the chaos of the day away.
You'll focus on your hips, hamstrings, hip flexors, shoulders and upper back. It's a fluid full-body routine that can make a serious difference in how you feel mentally and physically throughout the day.
