Strawberry, Avocado & Prosciutto Crostinis

These small bites are some of the best party appetizers we've ever made. Seriously—we ate them all before we could ever take a proper photo! There is an amazing combination of savory and sweet flavors with crunchy and creamy textures. The prosciutto is baked to a perfect crisp and the honey-drizzled-strawberries are extra, maybe, but totally necessary.

Whip these up for a summer soirée or use a regular slice of sourdough bread and make yourself a flatbread! Here's how it's done:

Ingredients:

  • Baguette, sliced
  • Goat cheese
  • Avocado
  • Prosciutto
  • Strawberries
  • Honey

Instructions:

  1. On a baking sheet (or make-shift piece of tin foil like we did in the video above), place thinly sliced baguette topped with a spoonful of goat cheese. Add small slices of prosciutto to the other side of the baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 450 for about 8 minutes, take the prosciutto out at the 4 minute mark.
  3. Top with avocado, crispy prosciutto, thinly sliced strawberries.
  4. Lightly drizzle honey on top and ENJOY!
