Manuka Honey Face Mask 4 Ways

Manuka honey has an incredible amount of internal benefits, but there's also a reason that it's among the top ingredients to find in major skincare lines. It's full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that make it safe for sensitive skin, great for acne-prone skin, and nourishing for everyone in between. It actually promotes skin regeneration and soothes blemishes, pigmentation and fine lines.

When you pair manuka honey with other skin-friendly natural ingredients like turmeric, cinnamon, spirulina, lemon juice, aloe vera, it provides even more benefits for all different types of skin issues.

  1. Basic Raw Manuka Honey: Mix with 1/2 tsp of lemon juice.
  2. Turmeric Honey Mask: Mix with 1/2 tsp aloe vera and 1/4 tsp turmeric. Turmeric treats breakouts and evens skin tone.
  3. Cinnamon Honey Mask: Mix with about 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Cinnamon promotes blood flow and fades acne scars.
  4. Spirulina Honey Mask: Mix with 1/2 tsp aloe vera and 1/4 tsp spirulina. Spirulina contains chlorophyll to nourish and brighten skin tone.

Apply masks to clean skin. Leave each mask on for 20 minutes then rinse.
