Loaded with traditional piña colada ingredients like pineapple, orange and coconut, plus the extra special ingredient (turmeric) for a little dose of wellness and anti-inflammation. For an extra kick, add some rum! Here's how it's done:
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1 banana
- 1 large orange
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (adjust to desired consistency)
- Ice, optional
- Blend it up and enjoy!
