Milia are small white bumps that can appear on different areas of the face and body. They might look similar to whiteheads, but they are different. Dead skin cells that are trapped under the skin's surface is one reason why milia occur. Excess exposure to sun and vitamin A deficiency are other reasons for the skin problem. Natural remedies can be used to heal milia, including honey.
Squeeze out about 1 tbsp. of honey into your hands.
Spread the honey evenly over the area where the milia are present.
Leave the honey on for 15 minutes.
