Liquid garlic or garlic juice, as it is also known, can be made with regular garlic cloves. You will need several garlic cloves to obtain a usable amount of juice, and the rest of the liquid can be frozen in an ice cube tray and placed inside a storage bag in the freezer.

Peel several garlic cloves and place them in a food processor.

Grind them up until they are creamy.

Remove the processed garlic and strain it through a mesh strainer into a small bowl.

Pour the liquid into a coffee filter. Let it drip through the filter back into the small bowl. It is now ready to use or freeze.
