How to Make Key Lime Pie. Regular limes can be substituted for Key limes for a variation on this treat. This no-bake recipe uses a graham cracker crust, which is as tasty as it is easy. Makes one 9-inch pie.

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Mix together graham cracker crumbs and butter in a bowl.

Step 3

Use fingers to press crumbs over bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan. Try to distribute crumbs evenly.

Step 4

Bake for 8 minutes.

Step 5

Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Step 6

Combine egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well.

Step 7

Add lime rind and lime juice, a little at a time.

Step 8

Pour into graham cracker crust.

Step 9

Refrigerate for about 4 hours or until filling has set.

Step 10

Whip the cream, and spoon it on top of pie.
