Regular limes can be substituted for Key limes for a variation on this treat. This no-bake recipe uses a graham cracker crust, which is as tasty as it is easy. Makes one 9-inch pie.
Things You'll Need
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together graham cracker crumbs and butter in a bowl.
Use fingers to press crumbs over bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan. Try to distribute crumbs evenly.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Combine egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well.
Add lime rind and lime juice, a little at a time.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate for about 4 hours or until filling has set.
Whip the cream, and spoon it on top of pie.
