My family is not big breakfast eaters, but we would eat a Hardee's Biscuit any day of the week. There is something about the biscuits that Hardee's make that give them that extra butter flaky taste. Although you don't have to eat a Hardee's Biscuit only in the morning time. I use this recipe to make the biscuits with other meals as well. Hope you enjoy!
The first step to making these Biscuits is to mix the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and shortening into fine crumbs.
Next you will want to add buttermilk and water gradually until light and tender.
Then turn out into a floured surface.
For the perfect biscuit recipe you must knead well.
Cut out and placed on greased baking sheet.
Bake your Hardees Biscuits on 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Enjoy your Hardee's Biscuit with some type of meat, jelly, butter or just plain. Ho;pe you like them as well as we do!
