How to Make Chicken Stir-Fry Sauce
In the medium mixing bowl, add the two cups of low-fat mayonnaise.
Poor in the one cup of soy sauce.
Whisk the soy sauce and mayonnaise together very well until there is no clumps.
Chop the clove of garlic and add to the mixture in the bowl.
Whisk again one more time until the garlic is fully absorbed in the mixture.
Refrigerate for one hour and spoon onto vegetables or chicken while cooking. Enjoy!
