Here is how to season up your hamburger patties with flavor adding no salt.

First thing you have to do is go get yourself some hamburger. You need to find the low fat burger, preferably ground sirloin. One of the best places to get fresh meat is at you local butcher shop. Get about a pound and make sure it is not frozen.

Next get your herbs and seasonings out to add. Get your garlic powder and add 2 teaspoons. Next add 1 teaspoon of sweet basil and tarragon. If you like mustard you can add about a half teaspoon or so depending on how much mustard you like. Get your teaspoon again and add one each of chives and parsley. Then top it off with a teaspoon of onion powder. I also put in a teaspoon of pepper, this again varies by your taste.

Then make sure your hands are clean and start mixing together. Food always taste better when mixed with hands. Then get some burger in the palm of your hand and press together with the other hand making a pattie. You should be able to get about 4 good size patties out of the batch. Place in a non stick pan on medium, cover and cook on each side for about six minutes for a juicy hamburger. Depending on the fat content of your burger you may have to add some olive oil to the pan when cooking. About a tablespoons worth.
