White flour is usually used to make bread, but other kinds of flour can also be used to vary the texture and flavor. Rice flour is a popular alternative to white flour, and can be found in your local grocery store.
Preheat oven to 325 F. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Make sure that you mix them enough times to combine them thoroughly and help the loaf rise evenly.
Add butter and beat the mixture at medium speed. Add sugar gradually until evenly blended. Add the unbeaten egg yolks. The mixture should have a smooth consistency.
Fold in the egg whites. Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Increase the temperature of the oven to 450 F to brown loaf.
Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Place the loaf on a cooling rack. After half an hour, remove from rack and slice bread thinly.
