Body wraps are know to help you lose inches. This is a mixture that I have used in the past, and it works great.
Get the items you will need:
1 tablespoon Basil
Mix the olive oil and basil. You will need enough olive oil that you can rub on the areas you are going to wrap, then sprinkle the basil in the olive oil.
Prepare a place in a room that is warm. I usually use the bathroom. Turn the hot water on and let the room steam.
Rub the mixture on your body.
Wrap the areas that you are more focused on with saran wrap. Then wrap the rest of your body with warm towels.
Sit in the room for about 30 minutes to an hour.
You will feel the difference. You can measure your body before and after to see the results.
Repeat every week or so.
Drink plenty of water before and during your wrap.
