How to Make an Ice Cream Grasshopper Drink

By Christina Kalinowski

Composed of creamy vanilla ice cream and minty liqueur, an ice cream grasshopper, also called a frozen grasshopper, is a refreshingly sweet after-dinner drink. A spin on a classic cocktail, the frozen grasshopper replaces the cream of the original with vanilla ice cream to create a decadent adult dessert cocktail. Vanilla ice cream, green creme de menthe and white creme de cacao are all you need to create this dreamy dessert in a cocktail glass.
