Mash enough fresh cucumber and strain the pulp to create 1 cup of juice. Add 1 cup honey and 1/2 cup plain yogurt to the juice and mix well. Add a few drops of essential oil, such as lavender, geranium, rose or calendula. Mix again and apply to cleansed skin on face and neck, working away from the eye area. Leave on for 15 minutes just before bathing. Rinse off with warm water.
Peel a large ripe peach and mash with a fork or put it in a blender or food processor to create a pulpy paste. Add 3 tsp. honey and 2 tbsp. yogurt. Mix well to incorporate all ingredients.
