Fungus that resides in the stomach is actually Candida yeast on most occasions. Candida is a yeast that when you have too much in your body, it is bad for you, and if you have too little, it is bad for you as well. It has to remain balanced in order to do your body good. When you get fungus infections, it is often because the Candida is out of balance in your body. Candida yeast loves the foods that you do, so in order to rebalance the yeast, some dietary changes need to be made.

Eat more raw foods. This will add more raw vitamins and minerals to your body, enabling it to fight back and rebalance itself.

Drink pure juices. No juices from concentrate. The juices will energize your organs, especially orange, grapefruit, cranberry and pomegranate juices. They will all have positive effects on your organs and signal to them that it is time to “clean house.”

Eat at least one serving of yogurt a day. Make sure the label says that it contains live cultures of beneficial organisms such as acidopholus. This will help to promote healthy digestion and digestive health.
