A scalp infection is a fungal growth that can cause itchiness, dryness, hair loss and discoloration. There are tons of shampoos and related products on the market for curing scalp infections, but this can also be done using a simple, gentle home remedy.
Mix 1oz. apple cider vinegar, 1oz. hydrogen peroxide and 10oz. water in a large bowl.
Mix into the hair like a shampoo. Apply the mixture in the shower to ease cleanup.
Let it sit on the scalp for one minute. Rinse out with water.
If the scalp infection persists, repeat steps 1 to 3.
Avoid contact with the eyes.
