Summer wear like bathing suits leave little opportunity to hide the areas of the body you're not proud of. One common concern women have about their appearance is cellulite. Cellulite is a skin condition that manifests as rough, uneven fat deposits under the skin. Skin may tend to look uneven around the stomach, legs and buttocks. Lots of products promise to improve the skin but there is no FDA-approved cure. Wear swimsuits that offers some coverage and hide cellulite.
Look at your nude body in a three-way mirror. If you don't have a three-way mirror, look at your body using a long mirror and a hand mirror. Take note of the areas that have visible cellulite.
Cover excessive stomach cellulite by wearing a bathing-suit bottom that has a high-waist and built-in tummy control.
Camouflage cellulite on the back of the legs and thighs by selecting bathing-suit bottoms in the boy shorts or skirted styles.
Wear a skirted bathing suit to hide cellulite on the front of the thighs.
Tip
Give your body a scrubbing treatment a few days before wearing your bathing suit. This will make the skin smoother. Wear a pretty cover up over your lower half when walking around.
