Whether you like them frozen or fresh, mixed vegetables are a delicious
and tasty companion to any meal. The best thing about mixed vegetables
is that you can choose which vegetables to include. Recipe serves 4.
Things You'll Need
Heat butter or margarine in small pot over medium-high heat. Be careful that the butter doesn’t brown before adding the vegetables.
Add carrots, green beans, asparagus, snow peas, garlic and Lima beans into pot and stir.
Season vegetables with salt and pepper.
Cook vegetables for 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender enough to eat. Cook for less time if you prefer crunchier vegetables.
Add 1/4 cup of water if vegetables begin to stick.
Use other vegetables such as brocoli and onions as an alternative.
