Fish is an excellent source of protein, not to mention that it is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. There are several ways to prepare fish, including pan frying, grilling and baking. If all you own is a convection oven, you need to know how to use it correctly to cook your fish. Otherwise, the fish will turn out dry and tasteless.
Preheat your convection oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl combine pepper, dill weed and mayonnaise. Squeeze the lemon wedges over the bowl, being careful to remove any seeds that fall out.
Mix the ingredients together. Coat each fillet with this mixture and set it in a baking dish.
Add a pinch of salt to the tops of the fillets.
Bake in the convection oven for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork.
