When used in cleansing of a space, the bowl’s sound is meant to shift over time, as the space gets clearer. Place the bowl on a small cushion in palm of left hand, strike the bowl mindfully with the wooden mallet. Walk from room to room with the bowl in your hand and strike three times. Always move in a clockwise direction through your space when cleansing with a singing bowl. Who wouldn’t want to feel lighter and breathe easier in their own homes?
