In Sophie Jaffe's Wake Up With episode (which if you haven't watched, is here!), she talks a lot about the importance of journaling. Journaling is an incredible self-care practice that helps you release emotions, anxiety, dreams and creativity — that no one gets to read, but you.

There doesn't have to be any expectations, you can write about literally anything you want. You can write a list of things you're grateful for, something about your dreams, things you want to manifest into your life, something you're scared of and why. Literally: ANYTHING! Here are Sophie's tips to get started:

  1. Keep your journal and pen by your bed, so that you have no excuses
  2. Do it right before you go to sleep or right before you wake up in the morning, just dedicate 2-5 minutes
  3. Don't think too much about it! Just journal.
