Burgers grilled with liquid smoke are flavor-packed with a great smoky depth of flavor that makes your cooking stand out.

Mix in 1 tsp. of liquid smoke for each lb. of ground meat that you will cook.

Lightly baste your burgers with liquid smoke while grilling to keep the meat moist.

Infuse your burgers with liquid smoke taste by spraying liquid smoke to the charcoal briquettes or lava rocks of your grill. Pour 1/3 cup of liquid smoke and 2/3 cup of water into a thick foil pan. Place the pan under the grill rack and on top of the lava rocks or charcoal in your grill.
