Jell-O Jigglers, one of the most well-known uses for Jell-O, work only if the shape comes out of the pan. Make the Jigglers in virtually any shape. Simply pulling out the shape can cause it to rip, tear or fall apart. Hot water helps loosen the Jello, making it easier to take out the shape without damage. The exposure of hot water isn't long enough to melt the Jigglers.
Fill a sink halfway with hot water.
Hold the pan of Jell-O Jigglers in the hot water for 15 seconds, according to the Jell-O website. The water should not go over the edge of the pan.
Remove the Jigglers with your hand. You can also flip the pan over to remove.
