Protein powder is made of whey, casein, soy, egg, or hemp, and is essential for helping to build muscle when performing body-building exercises. The process for making protein powder can be extensive and costly, when it is fairly simple to purchase protein powder. You may need to send your whey powder after it is crystallized to a certified professional for the powder to be microfiltered.
