With my husband being a diabetic, I am always on the look out for new recipes. This recipe is very good and creamy and can be any flavor you want. It goes well with any flavor cake as well.
Things You'll Need
In a bowl, pour 1 1/2 cups of milk and pudding. Using your whisk, whisk the pudding until well blended and has no lumps.
Place the pudding in the refrigerator for 5 minutes or until set.
Once the pudding is set, take the 2 cups of cool whip and spoon it in the pudding and mix well until blended.
This recipe yields enough for a 13X9 in. cake or 2-8 or 9 in. sides and tops cake.
Keep icing in refrigerator when not in use.
Keep cake in refrigerator until ready to serve or it might melt.
