After a hard day's work there aren't many men who wouldn't love to have a nice long relaxing foot massage. Foot massages are not hard to do; just listen to your man and what he likes.
Shop for some lotion that has a scent that is pleasant to both you and the man you will be giving the massage to. There are several companies that have traditionally marketed products for women, but are now targeting products toward men. Choose one that you think both of you will like. If you can't find a lotion scent that is pleasing, just opt for some unscented lotion with moisturizers in it.
Prepare a foot soak bath, following the instructions on the Epsom salts, and have your subject soak his feet in the water for five to 10 minutes. Fix him a nice cool drink and put on some of his favorite relaxing music.
Pick his right foot out of the tub and gently dry it with a towel.
Put a generous amount of lotion in your hands and begin rubbing his foot toward the heel. Massage with your fingers and your hand in different motions. Move your fingers up and down, side to side and in circles. Ask your subject to tell you what feels good to him.
Slowly work your way to his toes, rubbing, massaging and touching. Keep adding lotion to your hands as needed. Use your thumbs and the palms of your hands to massage the bottoms of his feet.
Massage his toes one at a time, paying close attention to where his toes meet the balls of his feet.
Repeat with left foot.
Take your time. Don't rush through the massage. Enjoy conversation and the music while you both relax.
