Asparagus is a tasty, healthful vegetable that can be cooked in a variety of ways. One of the easiest methods is cooking it in the oven. With just a few simple ingredients, you'll have a side dish that is as versatile as it is delicious.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and set aside a baking sheet.
Prep the asparagus. Remove the rubber band holding the asparagus together and rinse in the sink. Cut about 1 inch off the bottom of each asparagus stalk with a sharp knife and discard.
