Our newest #WakeUpWith episode is with our very own LEAFtv Editor, Executive Producer & resident yogi, Sam Negrin. Sam has been working for LEAF the past five years, you might remember her earliest appearances in "5 Exercises To Do Around The House" and the Fit Kitchen series. We're excited to take you into her Venice Beach home while she walks you through her skincare routine, pre-workout coffee recipe and other ~rituals~ that go down before she gets into the office.

Skincare

"The first thing I do when I wake up is my skincare because I workout in the morning and want to give it a chance to soak in," says Sam. #PROTIP. Check below for the products used in the video:

Supplements

Pre-Workout Coffee

  1. Pour your cup of coffee
  2. Add 1 tbsp of collagen (Sam uses this one)
  3. Add 1/4 tsp of ghee (Sam uses this vanilla bean one)
  4. Froth it up and enjoy!
