Amanda Jones received a Bachelor of Science degree in cell biology from Auburn University, and a Master of Science degree in city planning from the University of California at Berkeley. She has two years of research on sustainable, community planning, and has worked for local governments in San Pablo, California and Hampton, Virginia.
