Sun-Dried Tomato & Artichoke Pasta

There's nothing like a warm bowl of pasta on a chilly night -- especially with homemade pasta sauce. This recipe can definitely be categorized as comfort food, great for friends or date night.

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar sun-dried tomatoes - 1 cup heavy cream - pasta, we used farfalle - 1 cup milk - 1 jar chopped artichokes - ½ cup chopped parsley - ½ cup chopped basil - Shaved parmesan cheese 1. Strain sun-dried tomatoes & pulse in food processor 2. Add heavy cream & blend 3. Cook pasta according to the box 4. Transfer tomato mixture to saucepan & add milk 5. Add the artichokes (strained & chopped!) & stir 6. Add a pinch of coarse salt 7. Bring to simmer 8. Add in parsley and basil 9. Top with parmesan cheese 10. DELISH!
