There’s nothing like a warm bowl of pasta on a chilly night — especially with homemade pasta sauce. This recipe can definitely be categorized as comfort food, great for friends or date night.

Ingredients:
– 1 jar sun-dried tomatoes
– 1 cup heavy cream
– pasta, we used farfalle
– 1 cup milk
– 1 jar chopped artichokes
– ½ cup chopped parsley
– ½ cup chopped basil
– Shaved parmesan cheese

1. Strain sun-dried tomatoes & pulse in food processor
2. Add heavy cream & blend
3. Cook pasta according to the box
4. Transfer tomato mixture to saucepan & add milk
5. Add the artichokes (strained & chopped!) & stir
6. Add a pinch of coarse salt
7. Bring to simmer
8. Add in parsley and basil
9. Top with parmesan cheese
10. DELISH!
