We love the simplicity of tartines, all you need is a really great slice of bread and creative mind for the toppings. This combination is for all of the savory-lovers out there. The mix of salty prosciutto, mustard, pickles and lemon create a literal flavor explosion in your mouth – and it’s amazing. Here’s how it’s done:

Whole grain mustard
Coarse salt
Lemon zest
Thyme, finely chopped
Cornichons (or pickles)
Micro radish greens
Freshly ground black pepper

1. Toast ciabatta
2. Spread whole grain mustard, sprinkle salt, lemon zest and thyme
3. Add 1-2 slices prosciutto per slice
4. Top with cornichons, micro radish greens & black pepper
