Roasted Red Pepper & White Bean Dip

A delicious (& healthy) dip for entertaining. Blend it all together and voilà!

You'll Need:

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced - 1 can of white beans, washed - ½ cup roasted red peppers - 1.5 tbsp tahini - 1/3 cup of lemon juice - ½ tsp of both ground cumin & cayenne pepper - S + P, to taste Blend all ingredients until smooth, refrigerate 1-2 hours and ENJOY!
