A delicious (& healthy) dip for entertaining.  Blend it all together and voilà!

You’ll Need:
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 can of white beans, washed
– ½ cup roasted red peppers
– 1.5 tbsp tahini
– 1/3 cup of lemon juice
– ½ tsp of both ground cumin & cayenne pepper
– S + P, to taste

Blend all ingredients until smooth, refrigerate 1-2 hours and ENJOY!
