Ricotta Crostini

You can't have an Italian dinner party without some crostini action! Here, Valleybrink Road shows us how to make a simple and elegant ricotta crostini. It's a fantastic, easy way to get the party started!

- Baguette slices, cut on a diagonal 1/4" thick
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Garlic clove
- Ricotta cheese
- Maldon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper

1. Cut a baguette on a diangle, 1/4" thick
2. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil & toast for 10-15 mins at 350 or until golden brown
3. Rub each crostini with garlic
4. Top with a generous amount of ricotta, about 1-2 tbsp each
5. Sprinkle with maldon salt
5. Drizzle with olive oil & add freshly cracked black pepper
