Penne Alfredo is a classic Italian dish that’s hard to beat. It’s super satifsying and easy to make for a dinner party. We teamed up with our Italian friend, Tommaso Sacco, to show you how it’s done:

Ingredients:
– 1 package penne pasta
– 4 tbsp butter
– 1/3 cup flour
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 tsp nutmeg
– S + P

Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to instructions on the box
2. Melt butter over medium heat, then gradually whisk in flour until it thickens
3. Whisk in the milk
4. Add nutmeg and S + P to taste
5. Mix together with the pasta, plate and ENJOY!
