Here at LEAF we love the Barefoot Contessa, Ina Garten, so we’re sharing her recipe of simple herbed salmon. Serve with our basmati rice & you have yourself a meal!

You’ll Need:
– ½ cup minced parsley
– ½ cup of dill
– ½ cup chopped scallions
– 1.5 pounds of salmon
– 2 tbsp lemon juice
– ¼ cup olive oil
– ¼ cup dry white wine
– S + P

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Place salmon in a roasting dish and generously add salt and pepper to each side
3. Add lemon juice and drizzle olive oil
4. Let sit for 15 minutes
5. Dress both sides with herbs
6. Add dry white wine, then roast for 10-12 minutes
7. Cover tightly with foil, let sit for 10 minutes
8. Enjoy!
