Scrambling eggs is somewhat of an art-form, not too runny and not too dry. But, how? We’ve come up with the perfect recipe and technique for the ultimate¬†scrambled eggs. They’re fluffy, flavorful, and basically a cooking skill MUST.¬†Here’s how it’s done:¬†

2 eggs
1/4 cup of cream or milk
1 lemon
Butter, to grease pan
Salt & pepper
Fresh chives


  1. In a bowl, crack the eggs and add cream or milk, salt, pepper and one squeeze of lemon
  2. Whisk together with a fork until creamy
  3. Turn stove to medium-heat and add a sliver of butter to a non-stick skillet
  4. Pour the egg mixture in and stir continuously with a wooden spoon until desired texture is reached
  5. Garnish with fresh chives
