Eye Mask 3 Ways

There are numerous simple ingredients that can heal our skin. When it comes to the sensitive eye area, there are three in particular that are proven to de-puff and reduce fine lines. Not only that, an eye mask is one of the best ways to relax! Sit back for 10 minutes and let the magic happen.

Here's what to do:

  1. CUCUMBER: Rough chop 1/2 cucumber, blend with 1/2 cup of water and add to a bowl. Completely saturate 6 cotton rounds, then squeeze out liquid entirely before placing flat into plastic bag. Freeze. Before using, thaw for 10 minutes. Moisturizes and de-puffs!
  2. CHAMOMILE TEA: Soak 2 tea bags in warm water for 2 minutes. Squeeze excess liquid one by one, lay flat into plastic bag. Freeze. Before using, thaw for 2 minutes. Calms & reduces dark circles!
  3. EGG WHITES: Crack two egg whites into a bowl, whip until firm. Gently brush underneath your eyes and let sit for 10 minutes. Reduces fine lines!
