Canned tuna is a great source of protein and vitamin D – it’s also inexpensive, and great to have with salads or sandwiches. Here we’re showing you how to fancy it up!

– 1 can of oil-packed Italian tuna
– 1/2 stalk of celery, finely chopped
– 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
– 1.5 tbsp capers
– 1 tbsp lemon zest
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tbsp lemon juice

1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly
2. Salt and pepper to taste
3. ENJOY! Add on top of salads or sandwiches
