Canned Tuna Fish

Canned tuna is a great source of protein and vitamin D - it's also inexpensive, and great to have with salads or sandwiches. Here we're showing you how to fancy it up!


  • 1 can of oil-packed Italian tuna
  • 1/2 stalk of celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1.5 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice


  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly 
  2. Salt and pepper to taste 
  3. Use to top salads or sandwiches for added protein and nutritional value!
