Canned tuna is a great source of protein and vitamin D - it's also inexpensive, and great to have with salads or sandwiches. Here we're showing you how to fancy it up!
- 1 can of oil-packed Italian tuna
- 1/2 stalk of celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1.5 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Use to top salads or sandwiches for added protein and nutritional value!
