You might already know that there are an insane amount of combinations you can mix into an avocado + toast. One of the wildest, and most delicious, happens to be this: Ahi Tuna! Adrianna, from A Cozy Kitchen, shows us how to whip up this unique combo – which happens to be one of the favorite lunches at the LEAF HQ! Here’s how you make it:

Ingredients:

– 1 tbsp white miso
– 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
– 1 tbsp rice vinegar
– 2 tbsp sesame oil
– pinch of salt
– 3-5 oz sushi grade tuna
– 1/2 avocado
– black sesame seeds

Instructions:

1. Make dressing: mix white miso, ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil & salt
2. Cube tuna & dice 1/2 avocado
3. Pour dressing & mix
4. Slice french bread lengthwise
5. Place mixture
6. Top with black sesame seeds
