To women, there is nothing that says fashion disaster like a bra that doesn't fit properly. Bras that constantly crawl up the back end up causing droop in the front, which is not only uncomfortable, but unflattering as well. If you have a bra that creeps up your back causing comfort and style issues, learn what you can do to prevent it from happening again.

Adjust the straps and see if your bra continues to ride up. If the straps of your bra are causing pain or discomfort, they are too tight. It is not uncommon for a woman to adjust the straps so that her breasts sit higher, but this is not the proper way to support the breasts. Breasts should be lifted with the cups; support is provided by the band that goes around your back.

Strap the band on the tightest hook. This will provide more support, especially if your bra is a somewhat worn and stretched out. If your bra is already on the tightest hook, it's time to invest in a new one.

Go down a band size. When a bra is too loose, daily movement will cause it to scoot up your back. Changing band sizes may eliminate the issue. Remember, though, if you go down a band size, you will likely need to go up a cup size.

Look for a bra with at least four closure hooks on the back with wide elastic for stretch. When putting on your bra, keep it below the shoulder blades to keep it in place.
