The Tiffany Bread Maker is a home bread making machine that can be used to make loaves of bread or other recipes such as biscuits or cornbread. It consists of a container that holds a bread pan that holds a kneading paddle that acts as a mixer. The machines are so simple to use, all that has to be done is to follow the recipe instructions. The bread machine will do the rest of the work. Instructions vary amongst manufacturers but the basic principles are the same. The Tiffany is available as the TS-100 or TS185/642.

Plug the Tiffany Bread Maker into the electrical outlet. Flip the switch to turn the machine on.
Fill the bread pan with warm water or add any other liquid the recipe requires, such as milk, eggs, fat or honey.
Add bread flour to the pan. The correct amount of flour will depend on your exact recipe. For example: a regular loaf of bread will take 375 grams to produce a small loaf.
Add any dry ingredients to the pan if the recipe requires it. This includes seasonings, sugar or salt.
Add yeast to the pan. The exact amount of yeast will depend upon your recipe. For example: 1-½ to 1-¼ teaspoons will be sufficient for a loaf of bread.
Set the bread machine to its required setting. These choices should be for basic or white bread and whole wheat or multi-grain bread.
Press start on the machine. Leave the lid off so that you can see what is going on inside the machine. Watch the dough for 10 minutes. If it looks wet, add flour. If it looks too dry, add water.
Wait five more minutes. After a total of 15 minutes the dough should be a smooth ball. Close the lid and allow the bread to cook. Baking should take between 2 1/2 hours to 5 hours.
Allow the bread to cool for 15 to 30 minutes.
