With regular use, your skin will look younger and smoother, and your pimple scars will be less noticeable. Massage your pimple scars. Massage encourages circulation so blood and nutrients can more readily reach the scarred area. In addition, massage helps to break up scar tissue.
Consume a healthy diet, rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Solid nutrition is essential to overall skin health. If you are poorly nourished, your skin will not be able to heal itself properly, and your scars will be harder to remove.
Get regular cardiovascular exercise. It encourages circulation and aids in skin’s recovery process.
