Things You'll Need
Thoroughly wash the berries by placing them in a colander and running cool water over them. Lift up the berries by hand under the water and gently move them about to inspect for any damaged, moldy or underripe berries. Discard any that don’t look good.
In a large bowl toss the blueberries, sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt with a rubber spatula until it’s well combined.
Pour immediately into prepared pie crusts, or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
