Make carrot pulp to use in various recipes. Use the entire edible part of the carrot to make the pulp. Because you aren’t excluding any part of the vegetable, the pulp contains all of the nutrients. Many people use a juicer to make carrot pulp, but you can also use a blender. The pulp should have a thick consistency when you are finished.

Things You'll Need

Wash and peel the carrots.

Place the grater over a bowl. Grate the carrots.

Pour the grated carrots in a blender. Add 1/2 cup of water and blend until smooth.
