As good as omelets are to enjoy, they can be rather tough to make. You either end up with a mess of runny eggs when you try to flip them over or you leave them in the pan for too long to set, burning the bottom. If you love omelets but have trouble making them properly, an omelet maker is just what you need. All you need to do is pour the egg mixture in the mold of the omelet makers, close the lid and wait for it to cook to perfection.
Things You'll Need
Plug in the omelet maker to preheat.
Beat three eggs together in a bowl.
Add salt and pepper to the eggs to taste, as well as 1/4 cup each of your favorite omelet additions such as diced onions, peppers, ham and tomatoes.
Grease the top and bottom plates of the omelet maker with olive oil or butter.
Pour the egg mixture into the bottom mold of the omelet maker to the line indicated on the machine.
Close the lid of the omelet maker and allow the omelet to cook for five to six minutes, or until the light indicator on your machine indicates that the omelet is ready.
Open the lid and remove the omelet carefully with a spatula. Place on a plate and serve immediately.
