Apple cider vinegar helps to treat dry scalp and dandruff, and to moisturize the scalp and hair. Adding some essential oils to an apple cider vinegar hair treatment can make it particularly beneficial. Use the treatment once every two weeks for best results.
Things You'll Need
Pour the vinegar into a spray bottle, then drop in the lavender and tea tree oils. Put the nozzle back on and gently shake the container for about two minutes.
Wash your hair normally, making sure to rinse out all of the shampoo. Do not use a conditioner.
Allow your hair to air dry until damp. Spray the mixture into your hair while gently combing. Continue until all of the mixture has been sprayed and all of your hair is thoroughly coated.
Rinse the mixture out with cool water, then allow your hair to air dry or towel dry it gently.
