You can add “Jersey Shore” charm and look ready for a night out by making a Snooki bump at home. Snooki is a nationwide star from MTV’s “Jersey Shore,” a reality show about the life, partying, drama and styles of Jersey Shore. She has become well known for her short stature, big bumped hairstyle and attitude. Her big hairstyle is pinned, bumped at the top and worn down straight or curly. The Snooki bump is an easy-to-do celebrity hairstyle.

Things You'll Need

Use the flat iron the make your hair straight. You do not have to straighten all your hair. Focus on straightening the area you will be using in the Snooki pouf. Straighten 1-inch sections from the top of your head. Clamp the hair between the flat iron from the root, and slowly run it through until it reaches the end.

Grab a section of hair 2 inches wide and 1/2″ thick. Pull it straight up.

Spray hairspray on the back of the section. Use the teasing comb to tease the back of the section. Place the comb at the root of the hair, and comb downwards. Move up a little, then continue combing downwards. Repeat teasing until you have a soft cushion of hair.

Grab another 1/2-inch section of hair, and combine it with the section you teased. Spray the back of the new section with hairspray, and tease it with the teasing comb. Continue adding in 1/2-inch sections of hair and teasing until you reach the crown of your head.

Let go of the teased section. It should look a little frizzy but very high. Use a comb or brush to smooth the frizz. The volume of the teased section will decrease.

Gather the end of the teased section like you are going to put it in a ponytail. Twist it once, and pin it to the back of your head with bobby pins. Your Snooki bump is complete.
